In a time overwhelmed by speed and information,

we want to do something small—yet gently meaningful.

We gather fragments of everyday life

and place them into a bouquet,

so that fleeting moments can be seen and cherished.

We are SMFP (ShiMiFengPing) Studio.

The pronunciation in Mandarin is connected to beautiful meanings:

Shi (拾) – to pick up the small, everyday moments we’ve left behind.

Mi (米) – the weight of a life we believe in.

Feng (豐) – the rhythm of the seasons.

Ping (瓶) – the vessel that gently carries it all.

We believe flowers are more than just arranged—

they’re a way of understanding life.

From the choice of vessels and the curve of each stem,

to the breath of color,

every creation is like a letter:

a letter to the present self,

and to the wandering soul seeking a place to rest.

At SMFP Studio, we don’t seek extravagance or grandeur.

Our work speaks softly,

rooted in daily life and guided by the seasons.

We speak with flowers.

And we invite flowers into everyday life.

Brand Origin

SMFP Studio began in the winter of 2011, in a tiny space in Hsinchu where two sisters, Bonnie and Fei, started expressing emotions through flowers.

Our connection with flowers began in childhood, not with romance, but with hands at work—helping in the family’s plastic flower production. Those early memories taught us patience, rhythm, and how flowers can carry stories and emotions.

In 2015, we officially settled in Zhubei.
Since then, we’ve been dedicated to weaving flowers into everyday life—using floral design to express relationships, seasons, and moments that words often can’t reach.

We believe that the power of flowers lies not in their appearance, but in their quiet ability to move the heart.
